How to add sceen with text to accept after sending an issue

Hi all, I have not used jira screen before but from what I understand from the documentation. It just shows you a screen of preconfigured fields.

What I am trying to do: user fills in request form > clicks submit > a screen opens with legal terms > user accepts.

Can this be done with Jira screens/schemes?. The second screen should not be editable by the users.

Hi @Christian Radwanski ,

using jira builtin feature you can't do that. My suggestion is to create a checkboxfield (mandatory) with all the term in the field description so that end user need to check that field in order to accept legal terms.
