How to add attachments to notifications customer

Screenshot 2025-02-10 152900.png When I create a ticket, I receive an email notification via customer notification, but it does not show attachments, although they are there, how can I fix this? What should I add?

Hi @Andrey Ivanov

I'm not sure if you are open to using third-party apps to solve this problem, however, I'd like to point out that our app is capable of providing attachment files in the notification emails, not just their URLs.

Notification Assistant for Jira - Email allows you to extract the attachments directly to the email making it possible for people to download the attachments without being logged into Jira or being redirected, as in the example below:

You can add link to attachment. After clicking in it user will be redirected to portal.

My portal is turned off, I need the attachment to arrive, what smart value should I specify?

Hi @Andrey Ivanov 

 

As I wrote - you can send link/url to your attachment but you can't add file in email. So user will be forced to login and see or download attachment.
