How to add attachments to notifications customer

Screenshot 2025-02-10 152900.pngWhen I create a ticket, I receive an email notification via customer notification, but it does not show attachments, although they are there, how can I fix this? What should I add?

You can add link to attachment. After clicking in it user will be redirected to portal.

My portal is turned off, I need the attachment to arrive, what smart value should I specify?
