How do I set up Service Desk to allow users to see all tickets from the portal?
So from here > https://maidsafe.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?reporter=all&portalId=1&page=1
Just now users can only see there own tickets - what do I need to change to allow any user can see all the tickets?
Within Project settings > Permissions > I have set Browse Projects - to the group Users.
Do I have to change permissions somewhere else?

Dear @Ross Muir,
From the customer portal, users can see only their requests. If you want them to see all requests you need to add them as agents.
