I would like to send out search result for a saved filter to my clients every day at the same time. How do I edit my recipient options of a subscription to allow my filter results to be shared with someone outside of my company.
PS: I already have the global permission.
Hey @Dakota Duffy
The native feature of filter subscriptions in Jira Software expects all users to be active users who are able to login to Jira and access issues. Hence, you will only be able to share issues with active Jira Software accounts. One option is to create a group for each of your customers and create individual accounts for users.
There are a few other ways discussed in the links below that you might be interested in taking a look at.

Hope that helps.
I also take advantage of JIRA Service Desk. So, don't all of my customers already have active Jira Software accounts?
They want to receive a list every day of the new tickets that were created in service desk, and we would like to use the subscription feature to send that out to them using a filtered search.

They do have customer accounts on JSD. However, the filter email subscription is only available for your internal agents.
