Hello, I have Jira Service Desk Cloud and set up the customer portal. However, I would like to set up the customer portal to not display certain issue types (e.g. User Management - off board employee).
The project is set up to use various issue types, and this particular request type is hidden from the portal.
Is there a way to have this issue/request type not show up in the customer portal?
