Welcome to the community, @Lavina Jeswani. I'm sorry you didn't get a more timely response. But in cases like this one it's always best to go directly to the vendor in question, in this case Tempo. 

I'm not seeing any outages or down time reported today on their status page (note that you can subscribe for notifications from that page).   But that obviously doesn't mean that you didn't experience an outage.

Should this happen again in the future, I suggesting going directly to Tempo support.
