Excel file to auto populate data from JIRA tickets...

We have an Excel file that contains a number of JIRA ticket IDs.

When we open the Excel file we would like 5 cells for each JIRA ticket ID (each correspond to a field i.e. Due Date, Status, Tester, etc...) to populate with the real time data from the JIRA ticket itself.

Hoping this request is pretty straightforward and that a easy to follow solution exists.

We appreciate your help. Thank you,

You will need something like this plugin to do that, JIRA can't do that out of the box:
