Hello, we have several users experiencing an XSRF timeout when submitting an issue via the customer portal in Jira Service Desk. I've seen several related threads to this issue, but non that are reporting the timeout from the customer portal side. Does anyone have information on this issue or a possible fix? It has been difficult to reproduce and seems to be random. I've tested submitting issues from Windows/Mac machines on all browsers. sometimes it works fine, others it does not. Clearing the cache is also an unreliable workaround. Any help would be appreciated.
