I'm using Jira (JSM) to operate my business, not for a service desk. Each issue created is a mandat (appraisal reports). I have a lot of automate emails, either with employees or with customers. I don't use emails to create/open issues.
I would like that those emails be copied in the internal comments or be listed somewhere in the related issue. Also ideally, if the customer send an email with attached documents, it will be great if those documents get attached to the issue.
I want to avoid asking my customer to open a customer JSM account, because they will be confused and most of our customer are one time customer. So I will have to spend too much time explaining.
Is it possible with an out of the box solution in Jira or I need to buy an app? If so, which one do you recommand.
