I have a Service Desk Project named Change Control Board.
One Request type - Change Request with issue type Change.
When I send an email to the project I get this message -
You can't edit the request type because the issue type it's based on was removed. To restore the request type, add back its associated issue type in this project's issue type scheme.
I have set up email requests for other projects however inherited this project and cannot figure out how to get it to allow a request to come in by email request
