Hello, can you help me. How do I allow files to be uploaded and downloaded via the JIRA Service Desk (Help Center). My client can only upload on opening and cannot download any files that I send. Can you help me?

The attachment needs to be added in public comment for the customer to see it.
If that's added in public comment, check with permissions.
