Custom field and filter

Hi,

I have something strange:

I have created a custom field "Value" which it is a select box with values 1->10.
Ok, it works correctly

But when I want to filter, some issues do not appear (and they should be included).

For example, a simple request on a specific issue:
The issue FX-9703 have no "Value" so when I make this request:
project = FX AND key="fx-9703" -> I see  my issue(normal)
project = FX AND key="fx-9703" and Value != empty -> I don't see the issue (normal)
project = FX AND key="fx-9703" and Value = empty -> I don't see the issue( it is NOT normal, I should see the issue)

For another issue (with no "Value" like fx-9703), no problem
project = FX AND key="fx-9781" -> I see  my issue(normal)
project = FX AND key="fx-9781" and Value != empty -> I don't see the issue(normal)
project = FX AND key="fx-9781" and Value = empty -> I see the issue (normal)

Someone would have an idea why I have this behavior ??
Perhaps the custom field name "Value" could be problematic ??

Thanks for your help !!

Kind regards

Eric
