Constant loading after invite

Hey, 

 

I've invited new users to our JIRA today. When they are following the link, it keeps on reloading and in the end they see the error that states:

It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.

How long should I wait in this case?

Hi @Karyna , it should not take long at all unless there is a problem. How many active users do you currently have?

If this continues and you have tested multiple browsers please do reach out to Atlassian support. Note as you are on free please select Billing option though it may take some time for an answer.
