Power BI connector issue 

We renewed and reinstalled the connector, 

There are 2 issues: 1) The only JIRA fields we can extract using the JIRA connector are associated with a Project Key that is not one of CDO's Project Keys We can only see data with a project key = 'SMS', which basically renders the extract useless. We need to see different project keys (the ones that CDO uses) and 2) We are unable to locate 7 or 8 JIRA fields using the connector. They are populated today, but we are unable to extract them using the connector; we can't find them
