Power BI Conector for Jira no me muestra la información de un Reporte nativo de Jira

Hola comunidad Atlassian,

Estoy atravesando un problema al usar el complemento PowerBI connector for Jira. Cuando creo un datasource usando campos de un reporte nativo de Jira software (Ejemplo: velocity Chart), al importarlo en PowerBI Desktop la tabla con la información está vacía. Indica un mensaje como:  "Esta tabla está vacía". Alguien se topó con un escenario similar?

Agradezco de ante mano cualquier ayuda.

The tables from Jira Software can be empty if you didn't add the Jira API token under the Tokens tab that is required to get the data from Jira Software.
Please make sure that you use the same user while exporting the data.
