Configure button greyed out on Issue even though Request Type is associated.
Unable to edit from Agent view.
Note: Configure was greyed out when someone "Approved" the issue, is this expected functionality?
The Issue has to be mapped to a specific request type to configure it's view for agents in Jira and customers in a portal
Below is the Request type "Get IT Help" and we are able to see configure option since the Request type is present
But when we don't have Request type, Configure button is greyed out
