I have agents closing parent issues with open subtasks. I want to prevent and I thought there was a setting somewhere but I can't remember where. Can someone please jog my memory.

Hi @Raoul Kaiser , you can use the Sub-Task Blocking Condition (Condition to block parent issues transition depending on sub-task status) in the workflow of your parent issue.
