Check box to modify request

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to have a check box that lets you modify the ticket (Move, Delete, Reassign, Assign tech, ect).

Below I have attached an example of what I amt talking about, it is a function we currently have on our ticketing system.

That's not a check-box really, it's just someone using a tick-mark to show that there's a menu there (which I suspect is poor design as most humans expect check-boxes to indicate data rather than actions).

JIRA simply has different indicators for menus, and aligns them down the screen instead of across.  The functions are all there, it's just a different UI.
