Is it possible to add an internal note before the agent changes the status? Also, there must be an alert that they needed to add an internal note first before proceeding with the change status.

Hi @Raymart Cruz

You can achieve this by linking a specific screen to a workflow transition and add a comment field within that screen. This setup ensures that whenever an agent initiates a transition from one status to another, a popup screen prompts them to include a comment, internal or external.

Please note that this configuration can be done by Jira admin only.
