I created post functions, when issue transition in closed, jira send mails. but my customer portal users cannot open. when they click on issue key its not open portal page. its going in project.
You should use customer notification for customer. You screen is usually for jira users.
Did you configure a custom mail? Please copy paste the content of the email you configured.
The issue comes from the URL usually. The URL you gave is for agent.
