Please could you assist me, I am busy creating a workflow for one of my boards.
How do you configure your workflow to transition to another status if I reply on the call?
For example; The user logs the call and I assign the call to myself, once I reply to the customer I would like this to transition to "Awaiting for Customer" when I respond to the customer.

Since you've tagged this question as a service desk question, how about using an Automation for this? This is already defined in a classic service desk project and you can customize this.
