Any idea when we can get the cloud version for this feature?

Would love for this to be implemented for cloud version as well. We badly need the emails to be customized.

You may like to follow the progress of this ticket. (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-7266)  You will see this is already in Beta and will be released to both cloud and server.
