thank you Tuncay for sharing the documentation.
Providing permissions to JIRA API for reading Projects/Issues and creating issue took lot of trial and error to work.
While it mentions that we should give 50 granular scope. We need more permissions to have API working.
Also what is the difference between end point
/rest/v3/api-group-issues
/rest/servicedesk/servicedeskapi
