API to auto log users into Jira Service Management

Hi,
We have an online platform where we provision users manually. We would like to add in a section of this platform for Support however we want to either imbed or auto-log the user into the JSM Portal with their credentials. Are there any API's or addons we can leverage to achieve this? We are on the Cloud version.
