So I have been looking at previous questions and responses to this, and searched through the marketplace but cannot find anything that will let me embed a Jira Board in Confluence.
The answer provided in Embed-Jira-Work-management-Board-in-Confluence uses the Agile Wallboard Gadget, which does not appear in my Confluence (Cloud) and in Jira has a warning that it is being deprecated on 8-Sep-21
Same for How-to-display-a-Jira-Kanban-board-on-a-Confluence-page .
There is a suggestion from 2019 (cloned from a now-closed issue from 2015), but it has been gathering interest since.
Does anyone have ANY ideas? Any add-ons?
Hi John, not sure if this helps, but i ran into a similar brickwall. Make sure that the groups that constitute the nested groups fall within the LDAP filtering too.
Hey John, how you doing? :)
Is there any indication in the logs as to why this is happening? If you are not missing the proper permissions to login (be part of the JIRA users role), you should be able to login with nested-groups users. Additionally to that, I only have the following page if you want to double-check the settings ;)
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Nested+Groups
Take care!
Cheers,
Pedro
