when I edit and backup workflow I have error "We couldn't save your changes"

I edit and backup a workflow, I don't modify it.

I have and the error : "We couldn't save your changes"

on My browser on dev tools I see the response 400 :

Hi Pascal,

is this still happening? I remember back then when you asked there were some temporary issues with the infrastructure - it should be resolved.

Can you confirm that?

In case it is still there somebody from Community is surely able to help in debugging.
