Need help on cleanup and standardization of jira and confluence before migrating it to destination.

Kindly assist in providing relevant articles, documentation, etc. for the same.

I would expect the cleaning process to be a bit different for any different company. I have no idea if such documentation exists, but what I would propose is to call all stakeholders and agree on what needs to be migrated to cloud. Everything that do not fall on that list, you simply don't care about.
