"Value Changes For" trigger will not execute

Using Jira Cloud

I have an automation set up to fire when the "Value Changes For" our team's CF "Split Test Name", but I can not seem to get the automation to execute when the value changes. 

1. The automation rule is global
2. Our team has not hit our automation limit
3. There are not any details/errors provided in the automation rule's audit log
4. Manual and scheduled triggers are still working
5. I have attempted this with multiple different fields, including the summary field
6. The original field type is "Label", but "String" and "Radio Button" field types also are not executing with the "Value Changes For" trigger

Any thoughts on what I could be overlooking or another way to trigger this automation?
