Why is the date display differently on the issue for two different users?

HI

I have some users who have the date on an issue display one way and others have the date display a different way.

I have confirmed that their personal settings are the same.

The request given to me is that user A wants their date to display the same way as user B.

Can you please offer some advice?

Hi @Patrick Till

I've discovered that on my end, the date display changes when I click on it. This seems to be a useful feature for quickly toggling between relative and absolute date formats directly within the issue view.

Cheers,

Melo

Thank you.

I was being a little bit silly.
I either clicked on the created date that did not change or right clicked on the other date.
I could not work out why it was not work.
