Verification email not received

I have a business email: yehalil@skylandsoft.com but i can not login with this email. When i try to login with microsoft, i could not get any confirmation mail in my junks or any mail box. Can you check this?

Hi @Yunus Emre Halil 

I found there was a suppression on your address.  This was caused due to a bounced message from your mail server of:

550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. [AMS1EPF0000004D.eurprd04.prod.outlook.com 2024-02-15T14:12:55.167Z 08DC2C5F1E1EA7D6]

This particular bounce message is known to happen on Office365/Outlook clients.   I have cleared this suppression from our side. We have a guide over in Unblocking Office365 emails for Atlassian Cloud - Atlassian Community that I recommend following in order to prevent this particular bounce happening again in the future.

Correct me if I am wrong, you are not receiving any verification emails? This can be due to your address being on the supressed list from the Atlassian side.
