Just a heads up, I moved your post to a new question. I also removed the email address from your post to protect your privacy.
I checked our email logs and this email address was in a suppression list because we received a hard bounce response from the mail server when we attempted to send an email, with the message
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
I went ahead and removed your email address from the suppression list, can you please try requesting a new verification email now?
