I have a scenario where a ticket has to pass three levels and each has different due dates, say level 1 has one week from creation and level 2 has two weeks from creation and level 3 has 30 days from creation .I have used post function but of no use?
Ok, you've got three date thresholds you need to work with on an issue, that's fine.
But what are you trying to do with them?
(I suspect the post-function is not doing what you expect because you have not translated you're requirement into a Jira structure)
