Requesting for Plugin for data migration for Prod to Dev

Dear Community

We are investigating an add-on for which we'd like to look at issues from our current projects. Can we get data from our current production projects added to Dev? If so, what are the limitations? Obviously, we don't need ALL of it (our projects currently have 15,423 issues). Because the add-on has features related to dependencies across projects, though, we need realistic data for testing. I can get you a list of our projects, or just use filter.
