Jira should increase nginx timeout

Hi I am facing 504 server timeout issue from jira server I am using 3LO authentications.

https://api.atlassian.com/ex/jira/<id>//rest/api/ Issue are facing getting large create metadata and can't upload 15MB files. We are in Cloud network AWS and Azure have similar issue facing both cloud. It works if I migrate into AWS Singapore region. means Issue form Jira side. the all users can't migrate thair region. 

Jira should fix the issue.

How would one change these values?

Increase the property 

client_max_body_size to 100M;

proxy_read_timeout 300s;

If you have a Load balancer configured to access the UI, please check the configuration as well to increase the timeout in the Load balancer
