Is there a way to automate release notes and send that information to Hubspot CRM?

I am curious to know if anyone has integrated Jira's release notes that would trigger an email to be sent out via email to a list clients (not Jira users).   Alternatively, if that information could be called in an email vs. copied/pasted.  

This would allow us to honor opt-ins/outs for release notes, etc.  

We use Hubspot CRM and Marketing tools, fyi.   If you have a better alternative, I'm open to other solutions as well.

You may fill in the receivers' email addresses manually, so they are not restricted to only Jira users.  If you can get the receiver list from another source, for example with an API call, you might also make a webrequest to get the list from the same automation rule.
