The answer here is it depends.
The reason for this is you need to go through the API of the integration to be able to tell if there is something here and as I am not sure what integration is in place, I can’t provide you with a final answer.
Also factor in where you want to log time from, is it coming from JIRA and going into Microsoft Teams or is it Vice versa.
For the first, if teams supports Worklog API you can consider trying JIRA we hook for pushing the worklog on worklogged event.
However going the other way is the part I am unsure of without knowing how you integrated them.
