How to terminate trial periods and force start the paid plan?

After inputting the payment method to upgrade the plan, the trial period is still ongoing, which makes me unable to send massive notifications right away, please help!

The notification limit is in place to prevent SPAM. As you have already updated the payment method, you may reach out to the support team, who can assist with the email notification limit removal.
