Currently we have one master Marketing plan for all work that happens in our department. We have about 70 people in our department, across 4 main squads. We plan our work quarterly and have about 5-6 projects per quarter that required setup in advanced roadmaps. our projects are contributed to by the full team of 70 people.
My manager wants us to explore creating a plan per project. This seems like a larger effort up front because of the configuration piece. Are there any other drawbacks to this approach?
advice on how best to set up our projects and plans?
