We are implementing Service Desk and would like to have incoming emails create new customers (that do not need a JIRA license, not new users (which DO require a JIRA license).
In the mail handler, I only see a check-box to create new users when receiving emails from unknown addresses.
How can I configure my JIRA Service Desk to create a new customer account for emails received from unfamiliar accounts?
