How to customize Order cards

Hi everyone!

I hope you're safe and well. I'd like to know if would be possible to customize cards from Business Project Basics template. For example, I highlighted a card below where users can see on Panel view id card as well as responsible person for ordering. I'd like to add more customized field I've created over the last 2 weeks on card layout. I tried to use this recommendation: however it seems this kind o Panel doesn't allow card customization. Could you please help me?

Business boards are not configurable like Software boards, they don't have layout options.
