How do I limit issue count in Kanban swimlanes as in columns? I don't see such configuration option in Swimlane configuration.

Go To Your Kanban Project.
Click on Kanban Board.
Click on Settings
Board Settings
Columns
Here you can choose how many number of issues to be displayed in columns
Minimum number & Maximum number
