I am integrating our Jira help desk with a CSM tool that will compile all customer tickets. In order for me to sync all the data in this CSM tool, the Organization profiles must have a unique identifier ID. This same ID we use across all platforms. I am having a hard time figuring out how to either add an ID to each organization or if possible change the ID I see in the Network response.

Organisations do not have a field you could store an ID on, and the internal ID generated by Jira is a simple sequential one that you cannot control or edit.
You'll need to build some form of mapping outside of Jira, or write an app that can map your ID to the Jira one internally and report it back to the things that call for it.
Hello Nic, do you have any idea on how we could get access to this internal ID that is generated by Jira?
I would like to be able to extract the Organization's id in a Jira Automation Rule if that is possible.
