Custom Fields Insight Object - Default value

Greetings

I'm creating 2 custom fields, one is dependent on the other's value.

I have a field named Organization that is an insight object, and other called locations that are supposed to show different options when the organization changes.

The focus: I want the users of the organization to appear as soon as the issue is opened. Is there a dynamic option for the default value of the insight object?

I know there's an automatic function but it doesn't allow to show the dependencies automatically.

Object organizationObject location is dependent of the Object organization.
