Change Transition Buttons

I have a new transition which added a button to the ticket view, but moved a button to the Workflow drop down.  Is there a way to move a button from the screen to the drop down and vice versa?  I've attached an image to show the 2 fields that I'd like to swap.  The "Resolve the Issue" button was on the screen prior to adding the new transition.
