I am trying to integrate one of our Jira Instances to Teams, but we have multiple Jira Instances and I was wondering if it is possible to integrate multiple Jira Instances?
Multiple JIRA Instances can be added to MS Teams. Add a tab in your channel, select the Jira Cloud app and it will ask the Jira site to choose and one of your saved filter as well. Add another tab by choosing an additional Jira Instance.
Each Jira tab in your channel will display the issues from your saved filter from different Jira instances. Comment, edit and even create issues in any of your Jira site by selecting the proper tab. While create issue it will ask to select the Jira Site and the project.
But, keep in mind, in the chat when you want to share an issue to a team or to a colleagues, the search for an issue only works with one connected Jira, no matter on which tab you are. You have the possibilities to disconnect and reconnect from on Jira site to another. Actually that is not very convenient and haven’t found another way right now.
I am not sure what you exactly mean by multiple Jira instances, like having different separated standard/premium plans or do you mean multiple instances on Enterprise plan. Above answer is based on Enterprise plan.
