Can you please advise a way by which we can have the EPIC completion % (the system-calculated one that appears at the very top row above the list of stories under an EPIC) auto-populate into the EPIC completion % custom field in Advanced roadmap, so that we can avoid manual errors.
I am unfamiliar with that custom field, Epic Completion %. Is that something you added for your instance?
And, reviewing the documentation for advanced roadmaps, the progress indicator and percentage displayed is dynamic based upon the settings you selected and the estimates of the child items:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapscloud/monitoring-progress-of-work-998651252.html
That means it would need to somehow dynamically updated as well, even when the roadmap is not open for viewing. That probably isn't a built-in feature.
Best regards,
Bill
Hi Bill,
Thank you for the response. Yes - the EPIC completion % is a custom field we created.
Looks like its not a built-in feature.
Thx,
Reshmi

Hi Reshmi,
Thanks for confirming that is a custom field. Depending upon the calculation method you are using for completion % it may be possible to use scripting or automation rules to set that field.
Please review your settings and these automation examples and documentation to see if it is worth your effort to try it.
