We often forget to publicly thank and salute people who make great contributions to the community.
@James Gambrill helped me in onboarding our HR Support team to JSM by acting as an intermediary between the business and me (the engineer). He also communicated the technical constraints to the team and suggested options to guide them to a better implementation experience.
