Major Incident Indicator is missing

Hello, 

 

When I mark an Incident as Major Incident, the label on top of the issue is missing.

This works for opsgenie incidents but not for incidents created via portal or with JSM.

Quick help is appreciated.

Hi Vijay,

 

I have the same issue when ticket is created from the portal the indicator does not appear.

I create a ticket to Atlassian, I wait an answer.

On your side do you find a solution?
