Hello Community members! 

I'm Melissa, a member of Atlassian's ITSM Product Marketing team with an exciting opportunity for you to share your Jira Service Management story. 

We are looking for customers to participate in an upcoming ITSM event in early December. This event will be both in-person in London and virtually on-demand, and will include internal & external speakers, demos, and more!

Hi Melissa, we have set up JSM for all our service departments (HR, Finance, Logistics, Purchasing ansmd so on) to bring the ITSM idea to all other departments. We are an 950 people construction company, mainly located in Germany/Bavaria. At the moment we are running about 50 different processes in different departments in JSM.
