We want to hear from you! An exciting opportunity to share your JSM story

Hello Community members!

I'm Melissa, a member of Atlassian's ITSM Product Marketing team with an exciting opportunity for you to share your Jira Service Management story.

We are looking for customers to participate in an upcoming ITSM event in early December. This event will be both in-person in London and virtually on-demand, and will include internal & external speakers, demos, and more!

Tell us...

  • How are you using Jira Service Management?
  • Has the integration between Jira Software and Jira Service Management helped improve collaboration across your teams?
  • Have other teams such as HR, marketing, and legal also benefited from Service Management?

We want to hear from you!

Feel free to drop a comment below with your email address and a few points about how you're using JSM, and I'll reach out shortly with next steps.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Melissa, we have set up JSM for all our service departments (HR, Finance, Logistics, Purchasing ansmd so on) to bring the ITSM idea to all other departments. We are an 950 people construction company, mainly located in Germany/Bavaria. At the moment we are running about 50 different processes in different departments in JSM.
