How to get variance and progress in Time Tracking Report?

I found there are two columns variance and progress in Time tracking Report, how to get the data for variance and progress? Is there any formula? Hope anyone can help me to get the answers. Thanks!

This chart is not provided out of the box in Jira but rather coming from a plugin called

Time Reports

In the docs - https://www.primetimesheet.net/wiki/Overview.html there is not much information about the formula calculation. I would suggest you to reach out to the plugin vendor's support.
